One email, one reply, usually the same day.

Replies land within a day Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Time. TestFlight is open by invite. The App Store build is scheduled for spring 2026. One person reads the inbox; there is no ticketing portal.

  1. When emailing

    Include your iOS version (Settings → General → About), the MyCocoon version number shown in the More tab, what happened, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if the bug is visual.

  2. TestFlight

    Use the subject line "TestFlight invite". You will be added within 24 hours on weekdays.

  3. Data and accounts

    There is no server-side account. Deleting the app removes the iCloud container along with it. The privacy policy has the full detail.

  4. HealthKit

    Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → MyCocoon and confirm every per-signal toggle is on.
