One email, one reply, usually the same day.

Replies land within a day Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Time. myCocoon is on the App Store; existing TestFlight users keep their data when they switch over. One person reads the inbox; there is no ticketing portal.

  1. When emailing

    Include your iOS version (Settings · General · About), the myCocoon version number shown in the More tab, what happened, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if the bug is visual.

  2. Get myCocoon

    myCocoon is free to install on the App Store. iOS 26 or later required. Existing TestFlight builds will continue to work; the App Store build syncs the same iCloud data.

  3. Data and accounts

    No login, no email, no password to remember. Deleting the app removes everything in your iCloud for myCocoon at the same time. We do hold a small subscription record on our service (no health data). Email us if you want it deleted. The privacy policy has the full detail.

  4. Health app

    Open Settings · Privacy & Security · Health · myCocoon and confirm every signal toggle is on.
